Benjamin Tubbs

Founder & Vice President of Operations

Benjamin Tubbs is the Founder and Vice President of Operations of Residential One Ltd, where he oversees loan structuring, lender relationships, processing, and business operations. He brings more than 20 years of experience in mortgage lending, direct sales, leadership, and business development.

Benjamin earned an associate degree in Business Administration from Marion Technical University and graduated Cum Laude from Ohio Christian University with a bachelor's degree in Leadership and Ministry.

He is committed to helping real estate investors and developers secure practical financing solutions while providing responsive service, clear communication, and hands-on support from application through closing.
